  • These services may include, but are not limited to: Appliance repair, Air conditioner servicing, Home maintenance, Cleaning services, Electrical services, Plumbing services, Other professional home services.
  • The services provided by professionals through the Platform are referred to as “Service Professional Services” or “Pro Services.”
  • AC Tech does not directly provide these services. AC Tech only provides the Platform that allows users to connect with independent service professionals.
  • Service Professionals are independent contractors and not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of AC Tech.
  • AC Tech does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any Service Professional.

2. ACCOUNT CREATION

  • To access certain services, users must create an account on the Platform.
  • By creating an account, you agree that: You are at least 18 years old, The information you provide is accurate and complete, You will keep your account credentials secure, You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If we detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity, we may suspend or terminate the account.

3. BOOKINGS AND SERVICE REQUESTS

  • Users may book services through the Platform by selecting: Service type, Date and time, Location, Additional service details.
  • After booking, confirmation may be sent through: SMS, Email, App notification.
  • If the selected service professional becomes unavailable, AC Tech may assign a replacement professional.

4. PAYMENTS AND FEES

  • Users agree to pay the charges displayed on the Platform for booked services.
  • Payments may be made using: UPI, Credit cards, Debit cards, Net banking, Digital wallets, Cash (if available).
  • The total payment may include: Service charges, Platform convenience fees, Taxes, Additional service costs if applicable.
  • AC Tech may collect payments on behalf of service professionals.
  • Prices may change depending on: Service complexity, Materials required, Demand, Location.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Users may cancel bookings before the service professional arrives.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on: Time of cancellation, Service category, Service professional travel.
  • AC Tech reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee where applicable.

6. USER CONDUCT

  • Users agree to behave respectfully toward service professionals.
  • Users must not: Harass or abuse service professionals, Discriminate based on religion, caste, gender, race, or nationality, Provide unsafe or hazardous working conditions, Use the platform for illegal purposes.
  • AC Tech reserves the right to suspend or permanently block users violating these rules.

7. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

  • Users may submit: Reviews, Ratings, Feedback, Suggestions.
  • By submitting content, you grant AC Tech the right to use, display, and publish this content for service improvement, marketing, and operational purposes.
  • Users must not submit false, defamatory, or illegal content.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • The Platform may contain links to third-party services such as: Payment gateways, External websites, Partner service providers.
  • AC Tech is not responsible for third-party services and their terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Platform, including: Logos, Software, Design, Text, Graphics belongs to AC Tech or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • AC Tech provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as available” basis.
  • AC Tech is not liable for: Service professional behavior, Service quality, Property damage caused by professionals, Delays in services, Loss arising from service usage.
  • Users agree that AC Tech’s total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the booking.

11. INDEMNITY

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AC Tech, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: Your misuse of the Platform, Violation of these Terms, Illegal activity conducted through your account.

12. TERMINATION

  • AC Tech may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if: Terms are violated, Fraudulent activity is detected, Misuse of services occurs.
  • Users may also close their account at any time.

13. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, India — e.g., Ahmedabad, Gujarat].
